How do I return my order?

Register your return via contact@seizo.io. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

What is your return policy?

All customers according have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at contact@seizo.io to get the address for shipping back your order.

Note!

All orders that are bought on SALE or a coupon code (over 25% off) are not included in our return policy at seizo.io. The return policy is not included if the artwork you bought is SOLD OUT at seizo.io. We do not accept returns on custom orders or gift cards.

We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package is opened up because the art print can get scratches and finger prints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up. This doesn’t apply on skateboards or framed art prints.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Local taxes

No Customs or local taxes on orders to EU. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.
